Who is our client?
One of the largest hospitality chains in the world, with hotels in over 30 countries. Their location in Leeuwenhorst, Noordwijkerhout is one of the biggest conference hotels in The Netherlands. They aim to create an unforgettable experience for their guests, and a familial environment for their staff!Who are you?
- You are passionate about food and beverage;
- Experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is useful, but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn is just as valuable;
- You like to give guests an extraordinary experience and exceed their expectations;
- You are a stress-resistant hard worker with an eye for detail;
- You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is an advantage;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
- You live in (or near) Noordwijkerhout.
Terms of Employment
- CAO Horeca salary scale 3. This is usually between € 1,860 and € 2,143 gross per month (based on a full-time contract), depending on your experience;
- A year-end bonus of up to 100% of your gross monthly salary;
- After your first three months, you will get a € 250 (gross) signing bonus, followed by a second € 500 bonus (gross) after 12 months;
- € 500 (gross) refer-a-friend bonus;
- Welcome @ Work: dine, spend the night, and have breakfast in your own hotel;
- Enjoy any of the group’s worldwide hotels all over the world for €36 or €72 per night, and receive a 30% discount at their restaurants/bars;
- Up to 25% off for your friends and family;
- Discounts in a variety of online stores;
- Stay fit with the company’s Fitness, Bicycle, and Sport Plan;
- You can also use the hotel’s gym with a view for free!
- There are several internal training course alternatives. Plus, when you are ready to advance in your career, the company provides several internal career opportunities in the Netherlands and abroad!
