What will you do?
- As Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. You will take food and beverage orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver them promptly to guests. You will also be knowledgeable about the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, ensuring guests receive personalized recommendations. Throughout the meal service, you will ensure guest satisfaction, address any issues, and maintain a clean and well-stocked service station. You will also serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Who are you?
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or food service role, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant;
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism;
- You are familiar with POS systems and food/beverage service procedures;
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- You are comfortable handling cash and processing payments;
- You are legally permitted to work in the United States;
- You live in or near Houston.
