Who are you?

  • You have at least two years of experience as Sous Chef;
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about seafood and aware of the latest trends;
  • You have a creative, solution-driven mind;
  • You are committed to success, a team player and motivator;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You are not intimidated by the idea of an open kitchen concept;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
  • You live in Rotterdam (or nearby).
