What will you do?
Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for making the mise-en-place for all the dishes. Everything is made fresh, so you will ensure that all mise en place is ready for service. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you will take charge of the Banqueting kitchen. You will train and inspire colleagues and students and guide them to jointly provide group dinners and buffets for the Banquet & Events department. Finally, you will apply your creativity to come up with new dishes for the seasonal menu.Who are you?
