Their location just outside the vibrant city of Maastricht regularly hosts business travelers and tourists alike in their 275 rooms, as well as the breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar. They always strive to go the extra mile for both their guests and their staff!

Who are you?

  • You have experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, in a restaurant or hotel
  • You are a team player with good communication skills
  • You are ready to support the Chef in improving processes in the kitchen
  • You want to become more experienced with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, complying with and checking hygiene procedures, managing the kitchen stock and placing orders
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
  • You live in (or near) Maastricht. If this isn’t the case, we can arrange for lodging to be provided to you, as long as you have an EU passport!
