Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as Sous Chef or similar
  • You have an MBO+ work and thinking level
  • If you have obtained a basic food hygiene certification, that’s certainly an advantage!
  • You have excellent planning and organizational skills
  • You have strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
  • You are able to work both independently and in teams
  • You are creative, knowledgeable and passionate about food and current trends
  • You are able to work under pressure
  • You are ready to support the Chef in managing food provisions, assisting with guest queries, and controlling costs effectively
  • You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • You live in (or near) Amsterdam. If this isn’t the case, we can arrange for lodging to be provided to you as long as you have an EU passport!
