Who are you?
- You have several years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, with proven leadership abilities;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a creative and solution-oriented mindset;
- You are highly customer and result-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement;
- You are able to work under pressure, motivate your team, and have a passion for sales and hospitality;
- You are fluent in German and/or Dutch, as well as English (additional languages are a plus);
- You are legally permitted to work in Belgium;
- You live in or near Brussels.
What will you do?
As Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and achieving business goals. You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage the lead and contract processes. You will be responsible for representing the hotel at trade shows and sales events, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring a strong market presence. Your role will also include collaborating with the operations team to ensure that all sales initiatives are executed smoothly and contribute to the hotel’s overall success.About the Employer
