What will you do?
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the wine bar, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service and guests have a memorable experience. You will manage the floor, guide the team, and ensure that the wine list is curated to the highest standards. Your role will also include managing inventory, overseeing staff training, ensuring smooth service, and working closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that drive success. You’ll also handle customer feedback, lead by example, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.Who are you?
- You have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a wine-focused or casual dining environment;
- You are passionate about wine and creating an inclusive, approachable experience for guests;
- You have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a young, energetic team;
- You are organized, efficient, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- You have experience with inventory management and cost controls;
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with guests;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands;
- You live in or near Amsterdam.
