Manager for successful seafood restaurant group

What will you do?

    As a Restaurant Manager, you will share responsibility for the day-to-day management of approximately 20-40 employees. Together with the rest of the management team, you will be the point of contact for colleagues and guests. In addition, you are the calling card of the restaurant and ensure that all guests leave with a smile on their face.
You will be responsible for other important matters such as monitoring guest and employee satisfaction, achieving financial goals, training and developing your team, as well as scheduling and purchasing. In summary, as a Restaurant Manager you are responsible for the functioning of your entire team and the results of your restaurant.

Who are you?

  • You have at least two years of relevant managerial experience in the hospitality industry
  • You have at least two years of relevant management experience in the hospitality industry
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about food. Wine knowledge is an advantage!
  • You are a responsible team player with great social skills
  • You are able to handle stressful situations
  • You are flexible. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality, don’t mind working weekends and are available full time
  • You have a very good command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit
  • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby)
