Who are you?

  • You have at least two years of relevant managerial experience, as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Shiftleader;
  • You possess good reporting skills;
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about seafood and aware of the latest trends;
  • You are committed to success, a team player and motivator;
  • You have excellent social and communication skills;
  • You are quick on your feet and well-equipped to handle stressful situations;
  • You possess a hospitality-minded and guest service-oriented attitude;
  • You are available to work during opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or possessing a valid Dutch work permit;
  • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).

Terms of Employment

  • Monthly salary of €2,800 – €3,000 (depending on your experience), plus an average of €600 net tips, benefits, lots of freedom and profit sharing within the company!
