
Restaurant Manager for superior hotel restaurant
What will you do?
As Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of the restaurant’s operations and personnel. You will guide your colleagues and function as a dependable point of contact for them, in addition to carrying out administrative tasks such as controlling usage and consumption stock or employee registrations and absenteeism. You will assign tasks and provide instructions, but you will also motivate, enthuse, and coach your team members, emphasising their wellbeing and professional development. You will also interact with guests and serve and take orders as needed.Who are you?
- You have at least two years of restaurant management experience;
- You have an MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- You know how to encourage and motivate coworkers to give their all;
- You have a helicopter view and an eye for detail;
- You speak and understand Dutch and English well;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
- You live in (or nearby) Leusden!
