What will you do?
- As Host(ess), you will be responsible for welcoming guests to the hotel’s dining venues, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere. You will greet guests, answer their inquiries, and guide them to their seats, setting the tone for exceptional service. You will also manage bookings, assist with the “mise en place” when needed, and maintain a clean and organized environment. Additionally, you may coordinate with the security team to ensure guest safety and smooth operations during busy periods or events.
Who are you?
- You have at least one year of relevant work experience within the hospitality industry or in a host(ess) role;
- You have strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality;
- You are knowledgeable and able to work with basic Microsoft Office programs;
- You are able to work under pressure and during busy shifts;
- Knowledge of quality food and beverages is a plus;
- You have excellent Italian and English communication skills;
- You are legally permitted to work in Italy, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit;
- You live in Rome (or nearby).
