What will you do?
- As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and creating an unforgettable guest experience. You will lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service throughout the day. You will also handle inventory management, staff training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring smooth execution of events and promotions. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team to optimize revenue, manage costs, and execute operational strategies that contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Who are you?
- You have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-energy or innovative dining environment;
- You have excellent leadership skills and enjoy motivating and developing your team;
- You are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and have a deep understanding of service standards;
- You are well-organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting;
- You have experience with inventory management and cost controls;
- You have excellent communication skills, both with guests and your team;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands;
- You live in or near Amsterdam.
