What will you do?
As a Restaurant & Conference Manager, you will continuously work on enhancing the guest’s experience. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar/lounge, as well as the work carried out in and around the three meeting rooms. As a key member of the management team, you will lead and mentor a staff of 6-8 motivated and eager colleagues.Who are you?
- You have at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience in a restaurant or hotel (as Restaurant Manager, Conference Manager, Events Manager or similar);
- You are continuously expanding your product and beverage knowledge;
- Staying informed about the latest industry developments and sharing your knowledge with your team brings you satisfaction;
- You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills;
- You have a creative and hands-on mindset;
- You are quick on your feet and well-equipped to handle stressful situations;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or English;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or possessing a valid Dutch work permit;
- You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).
Terms of Employment
