Mixologist for immersive rooftop cocktail bar
What will you do?
- As a Mixologist, you are dedicated to mastering the art of mixing different flavours in order to develop a range of classic cocktails or even creating a whole new blend altogether, all aligned with the restaurant’s concept. You will not only be involved in the making of cocktails and mocktails, you are also curious about why it is made in that way and created using a specific technique rather than another.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing an elaborate signature cocktail and mocktail menu in line with the restaurant’s Amazonian concept;
- Overseeing the bar supplies, including the glasses, garnishes, and mixers;
- Training the bar team on the menus.
Who are you?
- You have at least one year of experience as a Mixologist;
- You are a pioneer and dare to try new combinations;
- You enjoy challenging the status quo in cocktails;
- You are passionate about drinks and you can engage in this passion;
- You have experience sharing your knowledge with the bar team;
- You are pleasant, positive, and have an open attitude;
- You have a very good command of the English language. Dutch is an advantage!
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
- You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).
Terms of Employment
- € 35.000 – 40.000 gross annual salary, based on a full time contract and experience;
- A year-end bonus of up to 100% of your gross monthly salary;
- After your first three months, you will get a € 250 (gross) signing bonus, followed by a second € 500 bonus (gross) after 12 months;
- € 500 (gross) refer-a-friend bonus;
