What will you do?
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth service and operational excellence. Working closely with your Assistant Managers, you will spearhead the entire operational processes across the restaurant, bar and event spaces. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will create unique welcoming experiences. Finally, you will contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth.Who are you?
- You have ample experience in hospitality management, as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or similar;
- You are a natural leader and excel as such, coaching, guiding and developing your team;
- You are sociable, hospitable, and prioritise guest satisfaction;
- You excel as a resilient, solution-driven team player in a fast-paced setting;
- You are flexible, and available to work evenings, weekends and/or public holidays;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
- You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).
