What will you do?

As Human Resources Officer you will assist the HR manager in guiding and managing the overall operations of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. You will participate in the execution of practices and objectives that provide a team-oriented culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, recruitment, and ongoing development of the highest level of talent.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in a Human Resources department (if it’s in the hospitality industry, even better!)
  • You are knowledgeable of Dutch labor law and HR systems such as Nostradamus and Nmbrs
  • If you have experience with company insurance, that’s certainly a plus!
  • You are hospitality-minded, with strong communication skills
  • You have a good command of the English and Dutch languages
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit
  • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby)
  • Terms of employment

  • €2,800 – €3,500 monthly salary
