Lunch

What will you do?

As the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the kitchen. Your culinary expertise and creativity will be instrumental in crafting a menu featuring the most tasteful dishes, while also optimising purchasing conditions and managing financial calculations. In addition to your culinary responsibilities, you will supervise daily orders and maintain an unwavering commitment to serving the best quality dishes to your guests.
  • You bring experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef, ideally in a restaurant or hotel with an à la carte kitchen;
  • You have proven skills in managing a kitchen and leading a kitchen team;
  • You are knowledgeable and up to date with current culinary trends and advancements;
  • You have strong leadership, coaching and communication skills;
  • You possess a keen business acumen and are mindful of profit margins;
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
  • You live in (or near) Utrecht.
