What will you do?
- As Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all team members provide outstanding guest service. You will guide, train, and motivate the front office team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and assist in maximizing room occupancy through up-selling techniques. You will also ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, manage lobby traffic, and handle room availability and rates. Additionally, you will monitor team performance, provide feedback, and lead pre-shift meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.
Who are you?
- You have at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in front office operations;
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high-quality standards;
- You have strong communication and leadership skills and can effectively manage and motivate a team;
- You have experience using hotel management systems and are comfortable with administrative tasks;
- You are flexible and can work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- You are legally permitted to work in the United States;
- You live in or near Chicago.
