What will you do?
As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front office operations and ensuring that guests experience the highest level of service. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and ensure that the front office team provides efficient, friendly, and attentive service. You’ll handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with various departments to meet the guests’ needs. Your role will also include managing the front office team’s performance, ensuring training and development, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll work closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive guest satisfaction, maximize efficiency, and ensure a memorable experience.
Who are you?
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar guest service leadership role;
- You have experience in luxury hospitality or high-end resorts;
- You are a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service;
- You are organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- You have excellent communication skills in English, with Italian being a plus;
- You are legally permitted to work in Italy;
- You live in or near Menaggio.
