What will you do?
As a Front Office Host, you will go out of your way to ensure that our guests have the finest arrival and departure experience possible. To do this, you will conduct Check-In and Check-Out tasks, answering guests’ questions and comfortably explaining what the hotel has to offer, all while upselling and recommending their services as much as possible. You will be a comprehensive host, which means you will be the luggage porter, concierge and receptionist, all hours of the day and night.Who are you?
