Allround Food & Beverage Employee for renowned hospitality brand
What will you do?
- As an All-Round Food & Beverage Employee, you will work in the hotel’s numerous restaurants. You will welcome guests, maintain the restaurant clean and tidy, and ensure that guests receive their dishes or drinks on time. You might be scheduled for a breakfast, lunch, or evening shift.
- You will ensure that the buffet is always replenished during breakfast and lunch, from coffee beans to scrambled eggs. You serve orders to guests both inside and on the terrace. You also clear up any used tableware, which is washed by an outside company, clean tables, answer any questions guests may have, and pass on orders from guests to the kitchen. Which responsibilities you take on vary based on the service and how many guests and colleagues are there at the time. After the breakfast buffet, you will focus on mise en place, or preparation for the following shift. You will guarantee that both the kitchen and the restaurant are spotless and that everything is ready to go (such as cutlery and plates).
