What will you do?
- As Floor Manager, you will be actively involved in managing your location’s daily operations. You will answer to the Restaurant Manager and will know everything that happens in your branch like the back of your hand. From opening to closing, you will ensure the highest quality of hospitality and act as a point of reference for every single one of your colleagues.
- Managing and optimizing shift schedules;
- Assisting with and coordinating inventory management and ordering supplies;
- Coaching and training new staff members;
- Overseeing that the restaurant’s operations run smoothly.
Who are you?
- You have at least one year of relevant management experience;
- You have at least an MBO 3 level of education;
- You are courteous, considerate, and polite to guests and colleagues;
- You like to give guests extraordinary service and exceed their expectations;
- You are willing to take on any challenge and will not stop until the job is completed;
- You are available for a minimum of four days a week;
- You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
- You live in Utrecht (or nearby).
