A dynamic, innovative and fast-growing hospitality group with multiple operations under its wing is looking for an efficient, young professional to assist them in the areas of financial administration, facility management coordination and process automation! Who is our client?

An international company that aims to transform the hospitality industry by upending traditional business models through sustainable hospitality concepts, such as an award-winning crowdfunded seafood restaurant, a tropical pop-up bar, modern Mexican and Italian restaurants, and boutique hotels. The company currently operates six restaurants (with five more in the pipeline) and offers operations and marketing consulting to hospitality companies. Their mission is simple: create, design and operate unique hospitality concepts that respond to current trends and the needs of tomorrow!

What will you do?

    As part of the Financial and Administrative Team, you will be partly responsible for the financial administration of the company, working alongside the Financial Director. You can choose to work either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability. You will process vendor invoices and employee declarations, pay approved invoices, and process “end of month” financial tasks. In addition, you will also act as a financial liaison with vendors, keep accounts payable data up to date, prepare investment proposals, and cross charge overhead costs to cost centers/units.
You will also be a key contributor to the company’s growth in the administrative area by increasing its efficiency and productivity. You will oversee and improve internal automation projects and act as a point of contact and support for management regarding the overall administration of the organization.
  • You have experience assisting with financial administration;
  • You are flexible and always one step ahead;
  • You are efficient, well-organized and detail-oriented;
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You want to continue to learn and grow professionally, and are interested in working within an expanding company where there are plenty of growth opportunities;
  • You have a good command of the English and Dutch languages;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
  • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).
