As a Facility Management Employee, you will be in charge of preparing the venues for Meetings and Events. You and your Facility Team colleagues will assemble everything in accordance with the layout sketches provided, paying great attention to details. You will also be responsible for meeting and event furniture, as well as the operational and technical aspects, including audiovisual support. You will ensure that guests have all they need for a successful day, and then you will fully arrange the room for the next guest visit.Who are you?
- You are a stress-resistant hard worker with an eye for detail;
- You love to exceed guests’ expectations;
- You enjoy preparing for conferences, parties, and other events in the field of facilities;
- You are energised by physical work, such as setting up furniture in the venues;
- You like to work both independently and as part of a team;
- You have a lot of knowledge of audiovisual equipment;
- You have a good command of the English and Dutch language;
- You live in (or near) Noordwijkerhout.
Terms of Employment
- CAO Horeca salary scale 3. This is usually between € 1,860 and € 2,143 gross per month (based on a full-time contract), depending on your experience;
- A year-end bonus of up to 100% of your gross monthly salary;
- After your first three months, you will get a € 250 (gross) signing bonus, followed by a second € 500 bonus (gross) after 12 months;
- € 500 (gross) refer-a-friend bonus;
- Welcome @ Work: dine, spend the night, and have breakfast in your own hotel;
- Enjoy any of the group’s worldwide hotels all over the world for €36 or €72 per night, and receive a 30% discount at their restaurants/bars;
- Up to 25% off for your friends and family;

- You can also use the hotel’s gym with a view for free!
