What will you do?

As Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the team delivers exceptional food and maintains high standards of quality and consistency. You will lead the development of creative seasonal menus and work closely with the management team to ensure the culinary vision aligns with the restaurant’s concept. Your role will include managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your kitchen team, fostering a positive and motivated working environment. Who are you?

  • You have proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role;
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills;
  • You have a passion for Dutch cuisine and a creative approach to menu development;
  • You stay in tune with industry trends and enjoy surprising guests with new flavors and dishes;
  • You have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • You are a true team player and inspire your team with your vision;
  • You hold an SVH diploma (a teaching certificate is a plus);
  • You are available for a full-time role (a four-day workweek is negotiable).
