
Event Sales Manager for international hotel brand
What will you do?
- As Event Sales Manager you will be responsible for the independent planning of in-house events for up to 200 people, including corporate meetings, board meetings, product launches and private parties and events. You will also be in charge of the negotiation, as well as the comprehensive planning, organisation, and execution of the events.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for both guests and internal and operational departments. You will guarantee that the events are carried out to the best of your ability, resulting in the highest degree of client satisfaction.
- You will also prepare and update forecasts for each booking, organise and conduct hotel tours to aid the completion of event contracts, and maintain connections with existing and new clients.
- You have professional experience in event sales and/or event management.
- A team player who can work both independently and in teams, while being in close contact with all departments.
- You have a sales personality: empathy, emotion, passion and strong negotiating and organisational skills.
- Communicative and solution-oriented in your work, with a high level of initiative and commitment.
- You have a good command of the German and English languages.
- You are legally permitted to work in Germany, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work visa
- You live in Berlin (or nearby)
