Who are you?

  • You have experience as Chef de Partie or similar;
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about seafood;
  • You are a hard worker, responsible and have an eye for detail;
  • You are a team player with great social skills;
  • You are not intimidated by the idea of an open kitchen concept;
  • You have perfect command of the Dutch language;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit;
  • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby).
