Brunch

  • Scrambled Tofu, rose harissa, avocado, mixed leaf salad
  • Poached eggs, ‘Fort Negen’ toasted sourdough, salmon, crushed avocado, mixed leaf salad
  • Burger with homemade pickles, onion, American cheese, bacon & fries with mayo, beurre noisette, parmesan and herbs
  • Caesar salad, anchovies, croutons, parmesan, Amsterdam onions
  • Lunch / Dinner

  • Red beetroot, Lovage, buttermilk, filo pastry, Chèvre, honey and smoked almonds
  • Octopus, Celeriac, truffle, Beluga lentils, squid ink skordalia
  • Entrecote, vadouvan, red cabbage puree, cavolo nero, grilled spring onion
  • Duck, Fennel puree, duck jus, buckwheat, semidried and pickled beetroots, szechuan crumble

  • Who are you?

    • You have at least 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar
    • You are creative and innovative in the kitchen
    • You are enthusiastic and eager to learn
    • You can thrive in a high-paced kitchen
    • You are a team player
    • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid dutch work permit
    • You live in Amsterdam (or nearby). If you don’t, accommodations can be arranged as long as you have an EU passport!
