About the Role

As a Chef de Partie / Zelfstandig Werkend Kok, you will:

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to high culinary standards. 
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with the kitchen brigade.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Support service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
  • Play an active role in the pre-opening stage, helping to establish kitchen operations and standards.
  • This role is ideal for chefs who thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and are eager to help shape the culinary experience from the ground up.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a chef who:
  • Has fine dining or Michelin-level experience.
  • Is passionate about high-quality ingredients and gastronomy.
  • Works independently, but also thrives as part of a team.
  • Is organised, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Holds a professional culinary qualification (MBO Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Has experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Is available at least 32 hours per week.
  • Ideally lives in the Utrecht / Breukelen region.
