About the role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your own section within the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.

You will work closely with the senior kitchen team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment, where flexibility and teamwork are key.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage your assigned kitchen section independently.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient service.
  • Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Your profile

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
  • Passion for Mediterranean / Italian cuisine.
  • Experience in hotels or high-volume kitchens is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexible and motivated to work in a resort environment.
  • Good level of English (Italian or German is a plus).
