What will you do?
You will be in charge of preparing and serving the dishes for meeting and event breaks, lunches, and dinners. As Chef de Partie you will work in the banqueting department, where you will report directly to the Sous Chef. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you will ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience. Finally, you will ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.Apply
