What will you do?

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of managing the restaurant’s daily operations, including personnel selection, development, and performance management. You will also be in charge of the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, as well as maximizing revenues and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Who are you?

  • You have relevant managerial experience, as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Shiftleader or similar;
  • You are passionate and knowledgeable about seafood and aware of the latest trends;
  • You are committed to success, a team player and motivator;
    You have excellent social and communication skills;
  • You are quick on your feet and well-equipped to handle stressful situations;
  • You possess a hospitality-minded and guest service-oriented attitude;
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands, either holding an EU/EEA passport or possessing a valid Dutch work permit;
  • You live in Rotterdam (or nearby).
