Assistant Manager for international five-star hotel
What will you do?
You will assist the management of the restaurant alongside the Restaurant Manager and the F&B Manager, ensuring a strong genuine presence on the restaurant floor and overall oversight. You will assist in leading and guiding the team to achieve great guest service and employee satisfaction, as well as ensuring that all colleagues are trained on all necessary responsibilities and participating in the hiring of new employees. You will also be in charge of inventory management and the continual maintenance of hotel operating equipment, as well as verifying and ensuring the freshness of products used and resolving complaints as needed to achieve the greatest level of guest satisfaction.Who are you?
