We are currently looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join a well-established international hotel group in Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity to grow within a structured, high-quality environment while working alongside experienced leaders in the industry.
About the role
As Assistant F&B Manager, you will support the overall management of the Food & Beverage department. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent guest experiences, and leading the team on the floor.
You are hands-on, service-driven, and motivated to grow into a senior leadership role.
Key responsabilities
- Support the F&B Manager in daily operations.
- Lead and supervise the team during service.
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in staff training, coaching, and development.
- Monitor costs, stock, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues proactively.
Your profile
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality with attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
